The local development build shows a scenario as a diagram and a synchronized list of steps. Both views help reveal the route for missing measurements, an unclear request or a customer who needs a person.
Keep the handover inside the scenario.
The local development build places the handover alongside automatic steps. In the wardrobe example, this lets the designer’s next action follow from the customer’s requirements and preferred measurement time.
Review changes before the next version.
The local development build keeps saved scenario versions and imports supported Chawo templates as new drafts. Prepared examples show which version led to a reply, so a changed condition can be reviewed against the same request.
Understand the current data boundary.
- The development build works on one computer.
- Example records are redacted or synthetic.
- It does not connect to a customer messaging channel.
Inside the current development build.
The local scenario build is in development and is not a public download. These are its current boundaries.
- AI creation and dictation are not available
- AI scenario creation is planned for launch; dictation is a further roadmap input. The current assistant does not generate a scenario.
- Messages are not sent
- The local tools do not connect channels or call a live model. Message delivery will belong to the service’s channel runtime.
- No automatic move from another service
- The development build imports supported Chawo templates as drafts. Importing a competitor’s project, contacts or chat history is not available.
- No production data or external writes
- Prepared examples do not read a production database or write to a CRM or advertising platform. Local analytics resets to the prepared records on restart.
Before your first scenario.
- How can I try a different approach without replacing my bot?
- Choose one familiar enquiry now and note its questions, conditions and handover. When early access opens, you will be able to assess that scenario separately while your existing bot keeps running.
- Will AI decide how the whole conversation works?
- We plan to use AI to propose a draft, not to remove your review. You will be able to adjust the replies, conditions and the point where a person takes over.
- Does early access create an account?
- No. The form records your email so we can contact you when access opens; there is no purchase or product registration.
